Live Well

It's so important to look after yourself when going through a cancer diagnosis. Doing the things that you enjoy will make you feel better and will ultimately help support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Building physical and mental resilience will help you to better manage whatever cancer throws your way.

"Gentle movement and exercise, getting enough good sleep, eating well and keeping hydrated are all things which can help to support and nourish your body"

We're big on selfcare… we're big on being kind to ourselves, on doing the things we know are good for us and it's about navigating towards the energy givers and being aware of the energy takers.

Mindful yoga, spending time outdoors, relaxation, mindfulness and breathing techniques will help you to cope better with mental and emotional stress.  Complimentary therapies such as Acupuncture, Reflexology and Reiki can help alleviate treatment related symptoms, fatigue, and mental stress.
